The Prayer by King David-Psalm 51

This is a prayer made by King David when he committed adultery with Bathsheba,Uriah's wife;After the word of God came to him through the prophet Nathan,the bible says for three days David wept and ate nothing pleading with God;
God was merciful to him and he will be to you as well if u humble yourself and confess all the evil you have done before him for it is written in 1John 1:8 "If we claim to be without sin, we deceive ourselves and the truth is not in us."
For more of this check up with 2Samuel 11th & 12th chapters;
God bless you

2Peter3:3-4;First of all,you must understand that in the last days scoffers will come, scoffing and following their own evil desires.They will say, "Where is this 'coming' he promised? Ever since our fathers died, everything goes on as it has since the beginning of creation."..9"The Lord is not slow in keeping his promise, as some understand slowness. He is patient with you,not wanting anyone to perish, but everyone to come to repentance."

Receive Him today;
the time of salvation is now..He said in revelation 3:20"Here I am! I stand at the door and knock. If anyone hears my voice and opens the door, I will come in and eat with him,and he with me...
Do not harden your hearts people

Who is a Christian??...

The term Christian nowadays has become the name for religion over all...Theologically,in the biblical sense,Antioch is where the believers where first called Christians as people observed the way they were living (Acts 11: 26)..".....The disciples were called Christians first at Antioch."...but may be they called them Christians thinking that Christ was Jesus last name but literary the word Christ means anointed one
so in order for you to truly be a Christian,you must be anointed just as the bible says Jesus was anointed by God,God put His spirit on Him...so I just want to challenge you in this,are you truly a Christian?are you truly anointed?
Biblical knowledge tells us that once you accept Jesus as your Saviour,the Holy spirit,the Helper comes and rest in you as Jesus promised before He departed out of this world,( John 16:7-..);
But why do we sometimes tend to think like we are not anointed??that we don't have such kind of anoint??
You should understand that God anoints when you are in trouble...to be anointed is to be empowered;The book of psalm46:1 tells us that "God is the present help in times of trouble"..which means God will always anoint,will always empower you when you are in trouble to overcome it,you should understand that God's anoint in you will be manifested when you are challenged...in the midst of the problems.
The bible tells us in the book of Judges 14:5-6 that The spirit of God came to Samson when the Lion roared.
The problem is we don't yet understand that the problems are the opportunities for us to show up;we have nothing to fear,Goliath killed a lot of people but was not able to kill David because David was ready to face the challenge,was God's anointed,God's choice and the fight was a way for Him to show up his anoint as previously the bible tells us he was anointed by Samuel to succeed Saul as king;
stop seeing the challenge as an enemy but as an instrument to anoint you to your fullest capacity;so we should as the very first point,in life be ready to welcome challenges so that we ignite,we activate the anoint we have as Christians;

But who is a Christian??...

Christianity is not all about going to church on Sundays and comeback home waiting for another Sunday;
you are a Christian not just because you go to church every sunday,not just because you wear crosses,carrying bible and talk about scriptural things;but you are a Christian because you have this invisible power from which you draw strength to deal with adversaries of life;you are a Christian because you are not conformed to the comings and goings of this world,you are a Christian because you are self contained,self sustained and everything you need does not come from the environment but comes from your relationship with God;
You are a Christian because you are the branch and He's the vine;whether it rains or not,whether there're enough nutrients or not but as long as there's life in the vine there will also be life in the branches;
you are a Christian because you can deal with forces of darkness and not be hurt,you can deal with your enemies and not be cursed;you keep on moving when others faint because your God will always give you the strength to keep on going,will empower you to survive different storms of life...God knows how to preserve His people;
You are more than what you think...when creating you,God put deep inside you creativity,talent and power that you haven't used them yet;

The bible says in acts 4:12 salvation is found in Jesus alone,there's no any other name on earth.The book of 2cor 6:2 also tells us "..now is the day of salvation."...you have read who a Christian is;I pray that God will open your heart for His message to touch you;
Make a right decision today if you have not accepted Him as your Saviour,it is very easy and free for all and He said "I will never reject anyone who comes to me."
God needs you today that's why you came to read this message of who a Christian is,and Hopefully it opened up your mind

Stay blessed,in Christ Jesus our Lord.

GETTING TO KNOW YOURSELF BEFORE GOD

The Bible clearly explains in the book of Jeremiah 1:5 "Before I formed you in the womb I knew you,before you were born I set you apart;I appointed you as a prophet to the nations."...God didn't stop there,He kept on telling us of the good plans He has for our lives referring to Jeremiah 29:11 "For I know the plans I have for you," declares the LORD,"plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future..
What can we say then of all these things??...do we still have courage to despise our pasts?..not at all,we know the purpose of God stands firm in our lives that's why King David in his time looked back and said "It was good for me to be afflicted so that I might learn your decrees"(psalm 119:71)..in other words he came up to understand who God really is and His power.
God is not limited with your history,He don't wait for you to get into his truck for Him to fulfill His purpose..even when u think your life is done with Him,God says I will use all what you have gone through for my good,Romans 8:28"And we know that in all things God works for the good of those who love him,who have been called according to his purpose.devil can just play and delay what God has for you but he cannot foil up God's purpose...along with this,there's a short clip for more and deeper understanding,stay blessed!!
